Imarex created a group of internationally leading companies within energy market places, clearing of freight, seafood and commodity markets.  Imarex has over the last two years put significant effort into a restructuring and thorough review of the company's strategic opportunities. The objective has been to realize value for the company´s shareholders with due care to anticipated structural and regulatory changes and the industrial need for scale. All operating subsidiaries are now sold and the plan is to liquidate the Company in an orderly manner when the last escrow accounts from the sales of Spectron and NOS are released in 2013.
