Imarex ASA sells Kontali Analyse AS to management and local investors

Imarex has agreed to sell its wholly owned subsidiary Kontali Analyse AS to a group including the management of the company and local Kristiansund investors. The transaction takes place with effect today.

Kontali Analyse, based in Kristiansund, Norway, was acquired by Imarex in 2009. The company provides independent price prognoses and fundamental market analyses on aquaculture and fisheries. In 2011Kontali Analyse had revenues of NOK 11.8 million and an operating result of NOK 1.3 million. Kontali Analyse currently employs 11 people.
