New date for Annual General Meeting

Reference is made to announcement earlier today regarding the agreement to sell NOS Clearing to NASDAQ OMX to be approved by Imarex's General Meeting.  

 

The Board of Directors of Imarex has resolved to postpone the company's Annual General Meeting from 3 May to 22 May 2012. The meeting will be held in the company's premises at 13:00 CET.

The Board of Directors has also resolved to postpone reporting of Imarex's Q1 results until 31 May 2012.
